From Pain to Transformation: My Journey to Digestive Wellness šŸŒŸ

Hello, I'm Michaela, and I'm excited to share with you the 15-day drug-free plan that transformed my life by alleviating my stomach pain, laryngitis, gastritis, Gerd, gut inflammation and acid reflux. If you're struggling with similar issues, this plan could be a game-changer for you too. šŸ’š

#1 Track what you eat & drink: Keeping a food diary can help you identify trigger foods that worsen your digestive symptoms. By tracking your intake and any associated discomfort, you can pinpoint which foods may be causing issues and eliminate them from your diet.

#2 Cut out acidic foods & drinks: Acidic foods and beverages like citrus fruits, tomatoes, coffee, and alcohol can exacerbate acid reflux and stomach inflammation. Cutting back on these items or eliminating them altogether can provide relief and prevent further irritation to your digestive system.

#3 Eat smaller portions: Overeating puts extra strain on your digestive system, leading to symptoms like bloating, indigestion, and acid reflux. Eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day can ease the burden on your stomach and promote better digestion.

#4 Stop eating 3-4 hours before bedtime: Eating too close to bedtime can trigger acid reflux symptoms, especially when lying down. By giving your body ample time to digest before lying down, you can reduce the risk of nighttime reflux and improve sleep quality.

#5 Manage stress:Ā Managing stress is crucial for digestive health. Incorporating stress-reducing activities into your daily routine can significantly impact your overall well-being. For me, activities like walking, hiking with my dogs, weight lifting, Padel and cardio exercises, or pilates have been incredibly effective in reducing stress levels and promoting better digestion.

However, it's essential to find what works best for you. Not everyone finds solace in traditional stress-relief methods like yoga or meditation. Sometimes, simply sitting on a bench in the park or lying on the grass in nature, soaking in the beauty around you, can be incredibly calming and rejuvenating. It's all about finding activities that bring you peace and serenity, whatever they may be.

Surrounding yourself with supportive, positive people who align with your goals and values can also contribute to stress reduction. Building a strong support network of friendsā€”whether they are old or new onesā€”is essential. There's no point in keeping friends around who make you feel bad or don't serve and value who you are and where you are going. True growth starts with goodbyes. Let them go and move on, and loved ones who uplift and inspire you can make a world of difference in your journey to better digestive health.

Ultimately, the key is to experiment with different activities and find what resonates with you personally. Whether it's yoga, meditation, nature walks, or simply taking a moment to breathe and be present, prioritize activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul.

#6 Sleep with an elevated pillow: Elevating your head while sleeping can prevent stomach acid from flowing back into your esophagus, reducing the risk of nighttime reflux. Investing in a wedge pillow or using extra pillows to elevate your head can make a significant difference in your sleep quality and digestive comfort.

#7 Drink MOJO & MELO teas: Our specially crafted herbal teas are designed to soothe and support your digestive health naturally. Whether you're experiencing discomfort after a meal or looking for a calming beverage to relax, our Stomach Soothe, Stomach Calm, and Stomach Relief teas offer gentle relief without the need for medication.

šŸŒŸĀ Repeat this regimen for at least 15 days and observe how your body responds. Keep track of any changes in your symptoms and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.

Remember, small changes can lead to significant improvements in your digestive health and overall well-being. By prioritising your health and making informed choices, you can take control of your digestive issues and reclaim your quality of life.
